Refund policy

At Tapia Clothing, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Items must be unworn and unwashed / In original packaging with tags attached / Free of stains, odors, or damage 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejections.v

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless return is due to our error(wrong or damaged item)

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired size or style. 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
